How to Use
1.Oral Preparation
Before use, brush your teeth and rinse thoroughly with water to ensure a clean oral environment.

2.Device Setup and Connection
Power on the device and connect it to your Apple/Android phone via Type-C or Bluetooth. Select the appropriate treatment mode according to your needs.

3.Treatment Application
Gently position the silicone treatment tip to target the gum line, areas of sensitive enamel, early-stage cavities, oral ulcerations, or sites of gingivitis. Focused phototherapy can be applied to specific regions such as receding gums, dentin hypersensitivity zones, plaque accumulation areas, and minor oral lesions. The ergonomically designed treatment tip safely adapts to posterior molar regions, wisdom tooth peripheries, and gingival tissues adjacent to orthodontic appliances

4.Treatment Duration
Irradiate each treatment area for 5-10 minutes. The device can be used for up to 30 minutes per session, recommended 1–2 times daily.

5.Post-Use Cleaning
After treatment, turn off the device. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with water, then remove and clean the dental tray or treatment tip with water. Allow it to air dry completely before storage.

Tooth sensitivity: can red light help?
Having a sensitive tooth is stressful and directly reduces quality of life – the afflicted person is no longer able to enjoy things like ice cream & coffee. Even just breathing through the mouth can cause pain. Most people afflicted have cold sensitivity, but a minority have hot sensitivity which is usually more serious.There are dozens of studies on treating sensitive teeth (a.k.a. dentin hypersensitivity) with red and infrared light, with interesting results. The reason researchers were originally interested in this is because unlike the enamel layer of teeth, the dentin layer actually regenerates throughout life via a process called dentinogenesis. Some believe that red light has potential to improve both the speed and effectiveness of this process, working to improve metabolism in odontoblasts – the cells in teeth responsible for dentinogenesis.
